This page informs you, in accordance with Article 82 of the Informatique et Libertés Act (transposing Article 5.3 of Directive 2002/58/EC "ePrivacy"), of the guidelines and recommendation of the CNIL of 17 September 2020 on cookies and other tracers used by the test.gode.fr website, their purpose, duration and how you exercise your choice.
Article 1 — What is a cookie or tracer?
A cookie is a small text file deposited and read on your device (computer, tablet, phone) when visiting a site. Other techniques for accessing information stored on the terminal are also considered as tracers: local browser storage (localStorage), pixels, fingerprints. Tracers strictly necessary for the provision of a service expressly requested by the user are exempt from consent; all others, including non-exempt or advertising hearing measures, require your prior, free, specific, informed and univocal consent.
Article 2 — Principles: no advertising tracer
The test.gode.fr site uses no advertising cookie, no social network tracer, no re-targeting or commercial profiling tools, and does not share any browsing data with administrators. Writing fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own servers: no resources are loaded from a third party service during simple browsing.
Article 3 — Tracers strictly necessary (free of consent)
nfc account — session cookie of the client space, deposited by our server to the connection. Purpose: Keep authenticated on your account (orders, warranties, addresses). Characteristics: signed, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax, Secure. Duration: 30 days, removed by disconnection.
nfc admin — session cookie of the shop area, reserved for SAS personnel Godé. Purpose: Authentication of the administration. Characteristics: signed, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, limited to the path of the admin API. Duration: 12 hours.
nfc-cart-v1 (local storage) — contents of your basket and chosen delivery method, stored in your browser only, without transmission to our servers before the validation of the order. Duration: until the command is validated or the browser data is deleted.
nfc-a11y (local storage) — your accessibility module preferences (text size, contrast, animations, spacing). Duration: until erased by you.
nfc-consent-analytics (local storage) — memorization of your choice (acceptance or refusal) regarding the hearing measure, so as not to ask you at each visit. Duration: 6 months, as recommended by CNIL, followed by new solicitation.
When paying, you are redirected to the Systempay (Lyra Network) secure payment page, which deposits its own technical and anti-fraud cookies, strictly necessary for the transaction and governed by the Lyra Network Privacy Policy. None of these tracers are deposited on test.gode.fr.
Article 4 — Tracers subject to your consent
Audience measurement — self-hosted statistical tool by E-Cosplay (ENUM) (no Google service or advertising board), activated only after your acceptance in the banner. Purpose: to know the use of the pages, the origin of the visits and the types of terminals to improve the site. Data: pages consulted, reference, type of device and browser, truncated IP address; no overlap with your account or order data. Duration: tracer for up to 13 months; aggregate statistics kept 25 months at most.
No other tracers subject to consent are used. If new services were to be provided, this page would be updated and your consent requested again.
Article 5 — Collection and withdrawal of consent
On your first visit, a banner proposes to accept or refuse the hearing measure, with the same ease for both. Until you have expressed a choice, no tracer subject to consent is filed; continuing navigation is not valid for acceptance. The refusal does not affect access to the site and its services.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Edit My Choice" button on this page; withdrawal is as simple as acceptance and takes effect immediately. Your choice is kept six months, after which you will be asked again.
You can also set your browser to refuse or delete cookies (Privacy or Privacy menus from Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking the strictly necessary tracers may, however, prevent the connection to the customer space or the preservation of the basket.
Article 6 — Evidence of consent
In accordance with CNIL requirements, SAS Godé keeps proof of your choice (acceptance or refusal, time stamping and version of the banner) in your browser's local storage for six months. No identification data are associated with this evidence.
