Originally our roller calibers were designed to calibrate the endive roots. Working conditions are particularly challenging for equipment. Thus our design has constantly evolved to offer you a particularly robust and reliable roller caliber. Today our calibers meet your need for sizing for many vegetable applications: carrot, long root. The principle used in the roller caliber is highly sought after for the respect of the goods (e.g. carrot, turnip, potato...), but also for its hourly performance from 2 to 15 t. The polyamide injected for the production of the parts makes it a caliber of excellent price/quality ratio.
Our roller calibers are available in two versions
- Painted frame with stainless steel rollers.
- Stainless steel chassis and rollers.
Today we offer a range of roller calibers with multiple combinations: (working width, number of sizes, size width and diameter of rolls.)
Standard working width 710 / 1200 / 1800 / 2000 / 2435 Sizes: 2 to 5 calibres Size width as standard: 400 or 600 (The length of the caliber is determined by the number and width of the calibers) The diameter of the rollers determines the working range of the caliber
Several adjustment ranges are available by combining the step of the chain and the diameter of the rollers.
