Article 5 — Intellectual property

All elements of the site (structure, texts, photographs, videos, illustrations, booklets, notices, logos, graphic charts, databases and software) are a work protected by articles L111-1 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code and, for databases, by articles L341-1 et seq. of the same code. These elements are the exclusive property of SAS Godé or are subject to an operating authorisation granted for its benefit.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, translation, extraction or reuse, in whole or in part, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, without the written and prior authorization of SAS Godé, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L335-2 et seq. of the Intellectual Property Code (up to three years' imprisonment and €300,000 fine).

Names Godé, Minibatt, Minitest, Multitest, Pailletest, Estim' Récolt, G3P and PMG Fiber Control refer to products and distinctive signs of SAS Godé. Bushel Plus and SmartPan are marks of Bushel Plus Ltd. Any use of these signs without authorization is prohibited (articles L713-2 and L716-4 of the Intellectual Property Code).

The booklets and notices offered for download may be consulted and printed for the user's own needs, excluding any commercial operation or distribution to third parties.

Article 6 — Hypertext links

The site may contain links to third party sites (carrier, payment provider, partners). SAS Godé has no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, availability or personal data practices; consultation is the sole responsibility of the user.

The setting up of a hyperlink to the home page of the site is free, provided that it does not affect the image of SAS Godé and does not lead to confusion about the origin of the content. The integration of pages of the site by frame (framing) or content by deep link is subject to prior authorisation.

Article 7 — Liability and published information

SAS Godé strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information on the site. However, they are provided for information purposes and may include errors or omissions; the contractual characteristics and prices of the products are those displayed at the time of the validation of the order, under the conditions laid down in the General Conditions of Sale.

SAS Godé shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from access to, use of or inability to access the site, unless proven fault on its part and within the limits provided by law.

Article 9 — Mediation of consumption

Article 10 — Applicable law
