Motorizer Brushless – Ref. MIN20B
The MIN20B brushless motor gearbox combines a brushless DC motor and a precision gearbox in a compact and powerful set. Designed for applications requiring regular torque, fine speed control and long-term reliability, it is easily integrated into industrial, automated or embedded environments.
Advantages of brushless technology
Unlike traditional brushless engines, the brushless engine uses electronic switching via Hall effect sensors. The absence of mechanical contact between the rotor and the stator eliminates broom wear, significantly reduces maintenance requirements and extends the engine life. The operation is quieter, electromagnetic interference is reduced and energy efficiency is significantly higher.
High torque, minimum footprint
The integrated gearbox multiplies the engine output torque while reducing the speed of rotation, allowing for high loads in a compact format. This ready-to-use engine-reducing combination simplifies mechanical integration and reduces the number of components to be assembled.
